Our internal schemes

Erg would run 500 miles

In September, some team members are taking on the challenge of running 100 miles each. By combining personal effort with collective support, we aim to raise some money for Cancer Research, fostering a sense of achievement and camaraderie within our team and have a bit of fun while we do it.

Wellbeing and Events Team

At erg Group, our Wellbeing and Events Team brings together office representatives to enhance our work environment. This employee-driven initiative focuses on discussing and planning events that maintain a strong team dynamic and positive culture. By ensuring that wellbeing is always a priority, the team drives meaningful changes based on staff insights and experiences. Their efforts foster open communication and fresh ideas, keeping our workplace dynamic, supportive, and enjoyable.

Sandwell Childrens Trust Partnership

Our partnership with Sandwell Children’s Trust is certainly close to our hearts and exemplifies our commitment to community support. We contribute to their efforts by purchasing and donating Christmas presents, Easter eggs, and back-to-school supplies. This ongoing collaboration not only brightens the lives of children in need but also strengthens our team's sense of purpose and unity, demonstrating our dedication to making a positive difference in the community.

Wellbeing

At erg Group, we place great importance on the mental and physical wellbeing of our staff.
