 C# Full stack Developers for hyper growth startup equity and share options.

I seek a number of C# full stack Developers for a beyond startup software consultancy with domain experts and a heritage thats unrivalled and are hoping to digitally disrupt an industry with multi million pound household names- not only save millions of pounds but make the world a better and safer place. 

This is a hybrid role with a shiny office and 20 people strong and recruiting 3 C# Developers at Mid and Senior levels to join an Innovation/ R and D team of talented 8 mostly backend Developers in a collaborative environment. The current Developers love the mix of hybrid (1 day) and remote as they do treat their staff well when they are in.

Technically you will want to spend at least 75% of your time in the backend .Net Azure layers. The company are dedicated to doing things properly with CI/CD, Unit and Functional testing and Cloud hosting with Azure.

Their growth has mostly word of mouth and their reputation but just started the sales process and have hit x 3 the sales revenue of last year and headcount is in line with this growth.

The business has a plan to exit in 5 years with already large scale clients showing thirst for purchase- the aim is to make everyone including Developers well off with share options and bonuses.

You will be paid to £55,000 plus 23 days , rising pension contributions and 7.5% bonus on company profits (always paid out since inception!) , employee ownership scheme plus internal and external training for personal development and Pluralisight.
