? What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning end-to-end software implementations for large enterprise customers across Europe
• Delivering multi-product projects (6–12 months) with high levels of technical complexity
• Leading configuration, requirements gathering, UAT cycles, go-live support and post-launch follow-through

? What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years in software implementation or technical business analysis
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to solving delivery challenges
• Academic background desirable; French or German is a strong plus
• Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in Solihull
